A group of radical leftists, who claim the represent the interests of deceased SCOTUS Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, have taken their actions to a whole new extreme by publishing the addresses of every single conservative Justice as revenge for a leaked draft decision to repeal Roe v Wade.
The Organization called Ruth Sent Us published the list on their website with an announcement to organize outside their houses. The statement read: “ANNOUNCING: Walk-by Wednesday, May 11, 2022! At the homes of the six extremist justices, three in Virginia and three in Maryland. If you’d like to join or lead a peaceful protest, let us know.”
The radical extremist group continued, “Our 6-3 extremist Supreme Court routinely issues rulings that hurt women, racial minorities, LGBTQ+ and immigrant rights. We must rise up to force accountability using a diversity of tactics.”
The irony in their actions is that Ruth Bader Ginsburg, despite being a strong advocate for abortion access, had actually written how she believed Roe V Wade’s argument would be unstable and eventually get challenged.
Ginsburg wrote, “Measured motions seem to me right, in the main, for constitutional as well as common law adjudication. Doctrinal limbs too swiftly shaped, experience teaches, may prove unstable. The most prominent example in recent decades is Roe v. Wade.”
Of course, Justice Ginsburg believe the issue should be codified by Congress, not the Supreme Court, and that it was doomed from the start because the Court doesn’t exist to legislate.
Regardless of the intentions of Justice Ginsburg, the group using her name is a far cry from being a pragmatic, rational, judicial body. Their actions are meant to intimidate the Highest Court in the country to ruling in their favor. Do you think they will succeed in pressuring the Judges? Will anyone stand up to protect them while they deliberate this earth shattering issue?
