Netflix Tells Employees to Stop Complaining or Get Out

Netflix has had a woke problem for years. It seeps into every series they produce, makin what could have been great shows almost intolerable by their preachiness and wasting hundred of millions on things like documentaries about parks from the Obamas and Meghan Markle.

However, the streaming giant is finally fighting back against woke culture. Apparently the guys at the top took notice when they finally looked at the numbers from Dave Chappelle’s newest controversial standup series and the sold-out Netflix tour that accompanied it.

The formerly woke company issued a statement to all employees basically telling them to back down on their Social Justice causes or suffer the consequences.

The memo starts by saying, “If you’d find it hard to support our content breadth, Netflix may not be the best place for you.”

But the tech giant didn’t stop there. They told the employees they may be forced to work on projects that they “perceive to be harmful” and if they have a problem with that, maybe it’s time for a change of career.

The new memo continues, “Entertaining the world is an amazing opportunity and also a challenge because viewers have very different tastes and points of view. So we offer a wide variety of TV shows and movies, some of which can be provocative,” adding that Netflix as a company “support the artistic expression of the creators we choose to work with” and that “we let viewers decide what’s appropriate for them, versus having Netflix censor specific artists or voices.”

This is a big change of pace for a company that made a habit of employing big name liberals and pushing political ideologies on people. It also comes at a time where Netflix is bleeding users, cancelling shows left-and-right, shaving off giant amounts of it’s stock value daily, and even adding a commercial-funded model to try and draw users back.

Do you think it’s a coincidence that Netflix has had such a major change of heart in perfect sync with the downfall of their dominance in the streaming space? Will their new policies make you reconsider using the streaming service?
