Justice Thomas Reveals Who He Thinks Leaked Roe v Wade Draft

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, a man of notoriously few words, is the longest serving SCOTUS justice on the Court today. Now he has broken his silence to reveal who he thinks leaked the Draft Decision on Roe v Wade and what that means for the future of our country.

Thomas was serving as the keynote speaker at Old Parkland Conference, a meeting of black conservatives, in Dallas when he began to lament the leak could very well spell the beginning of the end for our great nation.

“I wonder how long we’re going to have these institutions at the rate we’re undermining them,” Thomas said. “And then I wonder when they’re gone or destabilized what we will have as a country and I don’t think the prospects are good if we continue to lose them.”

He continued, “When you lose that trust, especially in the institution that I’m in, it changes the institution fundamentally. You begin to look over your shoulder. It’s like kind of an infidelity – that you can explain it but you can’t undo it.”

Thomas also revealed his opinion that it was most likely a liberal Supreme Court Just CLERK who leaked the draft opinion to try and swing the court. He even suggested that classic liberals like Ruth Bader Ginsburg never would have employed a clerk who would do something so heinous.

“This is not the court of that era,” recalled Thomas, “I sat with Ruth Ginsburg for almost 30 years and she was actually an easy colleague to deal with… We may have been a dysfunctional family, but we were a family.”

“Anybody who would, for example, have an attitude to leak documents, that is your general attitude, that is your future on the bench.”

Justice Thomas also took up the issue of the protests targeting the personal homes of Supreme Court Justices houses which Biden’s White House refused to condemn.

He said back in his day, protesters knew what was and was not appropriate, “You would never visit Supreme Court justices’ houses when things didn´t go our way. We didn’t throw temper tantrums. I think it is…incumbent on us to always act appropriately and not to repay tit for tat.”

Clarence Thomas was one of 5 conservative Justices who signed on to the draft decision to overturn Roe v Wade. However, the decision was far from finalized by the court’s processes that allow all Justices to add and subtract pieces before the document is meant to be released to the public.
