First Lady Jill Biden revealed that she and her husband Joe Biden have invented a coded language to hide text conversations from the Secret Service.

Jill Biden was interviewing with Harper’s Bazaar after being named the first ever First Lady to make the cover of the magazine in its 155 year history. During the interview, she began discussing something that she referred to as “Fexting”, presumably “fight texting”.

According to Jill, the term refers to a secret code that her and President Joe Biden invented so that they could fight with each other while he was still Obama’s Vice President.

She also talked briefly about a recent fight between the two of them, where she called Joe something she refuses to discuss, after which he tauntingly responded “You realize that’s going to go down in history. There will be a record of that.”‘ Biden was referring to the fact that all Presidential communications are legally required to be saved for historical purposes.

Jill Biden added with a ‘grin’: “I won’t tell you what I called him that time.” Someday, however, even those communications will be made public.

The Bidens have been married since 1977. They share one daughter together, Ashley Biden, and she is also the stepmother of Beau and Hunter Biden, helping to raise them after the tragic car accident that killed Joe Biden’s first wife Neilia Hunter Biden in 1972.

Jill has previously complained about the duties of First Lady, saying it’s not a job as much as it is a lifestyle. She has even chosen to continue working as a teacher while her husband serves out his term in office.

While the First Lady is certainly a high profile position that nobody necessarily signs up for, it is still intriguing to know that the Bidens have created a secret coded language to get around the Secret Service.
