Report: White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain Plans to Resign

A recent report from NBC revealed that Joe Biden’s Chief of Staff Ron Klain is secretly planning on ditching his White House post for greener pastures.

NBC announced the rumored departure amidst a new string of claims that Biden is getting upset with his staff for “correcting” his public statements.

According to the new report on Klain’s departure, NBC wrote, “Multiple people close to the White House said they’ve heard that chief of staff Ron Klain will depart at some point after the midterms, and one has heard him discuss leaving.”

If true, this resignation would be the biggest changeup at the biggest shakeup at Biden’s White House so far. Klain had previously served as Biden’s Chief-of-Staff for several years while he was still Vice President. He also served in the same role for former Vice President Al Gore and was picked to lead Obama’s response to the Ebola virus.

The Biden White House was quick to respond to the reports, however they clearly chose their wording so as to not to deny them outright. Remi Yamamoto, a senior White House communications adviser, said: “As Ron has said publicly, he has not set a time frame, and this is not a discussion on the top of anyone’s mind here.”

Despite this, NBC said the rumor mill on who will replace Biden’s top advisor is already spinning, with White House advisor Anita Dunn currently favored for the job. Dunn is another Obama holdover, best known for her work as his White House Communications Director from April to November of 2009 as well as working for Obama’s 2008 and 2012 campaigns and Biden’s 2020 campaign. Dunn is married to Robert Bauer, a former partner at Perkins Coie and former personal counsel to President Obama.

The network also said that other names being floated to replace Ron Klain include Steve Ricchetti, a longtime Biden aide, Susan Rice, who took the blame for the Benghazi incident while serving as Obama’s National Security Advisor, and former Virginia governor Terry McAuliffe who spoke to the White House about taking a senior role in the White House following his election loss.

The Biden Administration has been plagued by a string of high-level departures since Day 1. These have included everyone from Director, Office of Science and Technology Policy Eric Lander, who resigned under pressure, to Press Secretary Jen Psaki, who left for a new job at MSNBC. Do you think they will finally find stability once Klain resigns or will that just make the White House even more of a mess?

  • As the new and unprecedented numbers of Christ Jesus' prophets in America have related, there will be many resignations, many arrests, and many deaths.

  • It really does not matter who replaces anyone in the current fake presidency of sleepy , creepy , hairy blonde legs , hair sniffer , serial groper , basement dweller , puppet Joe ! Imagine having to serve in an embarrassing administration that is only rivaled in corruption & depravity by the Obama White House ? How would one come to terms that you were doomed to be eternally laughed at & looked at with ridicule ! Maybe you'd actually be happy you were having your face hidden from view by a stupid face diaper ? // Nick , NavyBlueSmoke , LST-1195
