Activists Protest Outside Kavanaugh’s Home After Assassination Attempt

On the same day of a failed assassination on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, pro-choice protestors were seen marching outside his family home just hours later. He lives there with his wife and two children.

In online videos, protestors organized by the group “Ruth Sent Us” can be seen outside Kavanaugh’s home banging drums and walking up and down the sidewalk under the purview of Federal Marshals.

“Keep your rosaries, off my ovaries,” chanted the protestors.

That same Wednesday morning, an armed man was arrested near Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s house in Chevy Chase, Maryland outside of Washington D.C.

The suspect is a Simi Valley native named John Roske. He was carrying a knife, pepper spray, and a handgun when he was arrested on a street nearby the Justice’s home. He did threaten to kill Kavanaugh, according to law enforcement sources says Fox News.

That same day, the group “Ruth Sent Us” posted several tone deaf statements attempting to separate themselves from abortion “fundamentalists.” They also tried to make a point about gun control but still referred to Kavanaugh as a “white supremacist” without any evidence.

The group also mentioned that the failed assassin, John Roske, was simply “a good guy with a gun” because “he called the police on himself.”

The abortion activist group called Roske a “good guy with a gun” in a tweet.

The group has continued to push for protests outside the homes of other justices, and in one seemingly threatening tweet, they visited the school that Justice Kavanaugh’s daughters go to.

Since the leak of the Supreme Court draft memo to Politico, there have been continuing protests outside the homes of several Republican-appointed Supreme Court Justices.

Do you think that these protestors should be arrested? Let us know your thoughts below.
