Soon, because of Joe Biden, if your child’s school doesn’t allow boys to use the girl’s bathroom, and vice versa, it could lose the school lunch program that is designed to feed children in need. This will take place because of an upcoming change to Title IX that will expand the prohibition against “sex” discrimination to include “gender identity” discrimination, reports The Heritage Foundation.

The Washington Post reported that the new Title IX rule will expand the prohibition against discrimination based on “sex” to include: “sex stereotypes, sex-related characteristics (including intersex traits), pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, and gender identity.”

How could that affect school lunches? The U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to also stretch the “sex” discrimination definition found in the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 amended by the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program  in the same way, reports The Heritage Foundation.

The Food and Nutrition Act establishes the National School Lunch Program, which is administered by state agencies that receive federal funding through the USDA. So, your child’s school lunch program is likely tied to the federal government. And under Biden’s changes, that means that if your child’s school does not allow boys to use the girl’s bathroom and vice versa, the feds may hold back money to feed your kids. But not just your kids, it will take away money to feed the most needy children.

Some states are trying to get Biden to back off of his strong-arming of the woke agenda. 26 Republican Attorneys General signed onto a letter urging Biden not to allow the rule change to be tied in any way to the School Lunch Program. “Using hungry children as a human shield in a policy dispute violates basic decency,” said Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost. “Aren’t there any parents in the Biden administration that can see past the edges of their ideology?”

According to the website, “[t]he National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program provide nutritionally balanced meals to children as part of their regular school day. These programs are federally assisted meal programs that operate in approximately 100,000 public and non-profit private schools and residential child care institutions.”

This is Joe Biden’s way to force schools to implement transgender inclusive policies in our schools, so that they have little choice but to allow boys to use the girl’s bathroom and vice versa, and to allow biological boys to play in girl’s sports, and vice versa.
