On Thursday, Paul Pelosi, 82, was charged with a DUI by prosecution in Napa County, California after he wrecked while driving from a dinner party at a friend’s house in Oakville.

According to Fox News, he had a blood alcohol level recorded at .082 percent. The threshold to reach a DUI is .08.

He pulled in front of a 2014 Jeep, driven by Jesus Lopez, on the highway while driving his Porsche and crashed both vehicles into a wooden fence.

Both Pelosi and the victim of the accident declined medical attention at the time.

He was arrested that Saturday night at around 11 PM and was released the next morning on a $5,000 bail.

Pelosi’s Porsche was struck by another driver after he pulled out in front of him on the highway.

“He left that party at 10.15pm Saturday, to drive to his home a short distance away. He was alone in his car. Mr Pelosi was fully cooperative with California Highway Patrol officers who arrived a few minutes later,” said his lawyer.

Pelosi faces up to five years of probation. He’ll have a blood-alcohol monitoring device installed in his car, too.

Good riddance. Sounds like he was driving when he shouldn’t have. It’s got to be embarrassing to Nancy Pelosi. She did not even comment on it really. What’s your least favorite thing about the Pelosi’s?
