Hannity: “They Can Come Arrest Me” In Defiance Of Juul Ban

On Wednesday, Sean Hannity promised to stand up to a new ruling from the FDA banning the sale of Juul products. He has previously been seen smoking Juul e-cigarettes.

During Hannity’s segment, Trace Gallagher outlined the story about the company specific e-cigarette ban, “Juul has been trying to get on the right side of regulators by limiting its marketing and banning mango, mint, other sweet flavors. The company even suggested a vaping device that can only be unlocked if you’re 21.”

Hannity then threatened to boycott the decision on his Fox show. “They ban it, and I’ll do it live on TV and they can come and arrest me. How about that?”

Gallagher laughed when Hannity said this.

He then discussed how Democrats want to make hard drugs legal while making vaping illegal.

“While the Biden FDA wants people to stop vaping, many Democratic-run cities and states, they have no problem decriminalizing even hard drugs, even as overdose deaths are spiking.”

He was likely speaking about Oregon who voted to decriminalize hard drugs in small amounts for personal use. The Next News Network reported on that here.

The FDA banned the sale of the products, but people can still use them if they have them. The federal government also threatened to punish any stores that continue to sell Juuls. This also means Hannity will not get arrested for smoking his on air – like he challenged authorities to do.

To be clear, the ban does not bar all e-cigarettes just Juul. Apparently the FDA has been investigating Juul purposefully marketing their products to teenagers. The company has appealed the decision in response.

Oregon’s Drug Decriminalization A Giant Failure

Hannity was previously seen vaping on his show last year when he did not realize he was on camera. He was caught grabbing a drag on an e-cigarette during his show hand off to the Laura Ingraham show.

He said “Uh oh” as he grabbed the vape from his mouth.

Hannity is obviously an e-cigarette smoker and it shows. He has gotten visibly upset about this issue and the fact it was targeted at one of the most popular brands in the country: Juul. Have you ever smoked one before? What was your opinion on it? Let us know.
