Pop artist Pink, whose given name is Alecia Beth Moore, has never been known for holding back. She is a feminist and not afraid to speak out about her political beliefs. Now, she has spoken out possibly against some of her own fans.

Pink’s outspokenness didn’t disappoint after the Supreme Court released its decision regarding the fate of Roe v. Wade. Although it might have disappointed some of her fans, it’s hard to know. Here’s what the 42-year-old musician tweeted the day after the decision was released: “Let’s be clear: if you believe the government belongs in a woman’s uterus, a gay persons business or marriage, or that racism is okay- THEN PLEASE IN THE NAME OF YOUR LORD NEVER FUCKING LISTEN TO MY MUSIC AGAIN. AND ALSO FUCK RIGHT OFF. We good?”

As might be expected, many of her fans supported her statement. One tweeted this: “I am not religious. But I believe people of faith should not be impeded from practicing their faith. With that said, I also believe that religious beliefs should not be the basis for laws. Your faith should not determine laws about my body. Matthew 7: 1-6[.]”

Another fan tweeted: “Didn’t think it was possible to love you more!! Cranking your music ALL THE WAY THE F UP!!”

But not everyone agreed. Many disagreed, in fact. One person responded, “Imagine being so arrogant, that you think this tweet holds any value to any person in the real world… Literally no one cares about your music insofar that this will have any impact on anyone. You’re nowhere near as important as you think you are[.]”

Another pointed out that Pink doesn’t know what she’s talking about, tweeting: “You obviously did not read the decision or understand the case. It’s called the Constitution – read it.”

Johnny Depp Could Reprise One Very Popular Character. See which one it is

Everyone seems to have an opinion, and famous people think theirs matters. Maybe Pink just really doesn’t want pro-life supporters to listen to her music. Maybe they never did listen anyway. Are you a Pink fan? If so, will you continue to be? Please let us know in the comments.
