On Thursday, President Biden attacked the Supreme Court’s decision on Roe v. Wade during the NATO summit in Madrid. He then called for Senate Democrats to overturn the 60-vote filibuster to pass a federal abortion law.
“I believe we have to codify Roe v. Wade in the law and the way to do that is to make sure that the Congress votes to do that,” Biden said. “And if the filibuster gets in the way … we provide an exception for this.”
Before his statement on the filibuster, Biden used the stage in Madrid to slam our Supreme Court at home and accused them of dividing the nation. Watch.
“The one thing that has been destabilizing is the outrageous behavior of the Supreme Court of the United States,” Biden told reporters at the conclusion of this week’s NATO summit. “And overruling not only Roe v. Wade, but essentially challenging the right to privacy. We’ve been a leader in the world in terms of personal rights and privacy rights. And it is a mistake, in my view, for the Supreme Court [to] do what it did.”
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell quickly responded with a statement, “Attacking a core American institution like the Supreme Court from the world stage is below the dignity of the President. Beyond that, President Biden’s attacks on the Court are unmerited and dangerous. He’s upset that the Court said the people, through their elected representatives, will have a say on abortion policy. That does not destabilize democracy – it affirms it. By contrast, it is behavior like the President’s that undermines equal justice and the rule of law.”
Interestingly, Biden said something different just three years ago about the Senate Filibuster. In 2019, he called it a “very dangerous thing to do” to end it.
Biden said on the C-SPAN footage that keeping the filibuster helped progressives “not get rolled over” in the Senate by Republicans if they were in the minority. Now, that his party is in the majority, he has completely changed his tune. Interesting.

Biden’s approval numbers are bad. Eighty-five percent of the country disagrees with the way that he’s running things. Let’s see how many people here disagree with the way he is running things. Do you think he is running the country poorly? Yes or no? Thanks!

So let me get this straight..
When one disagrees with the Supreme Court, then it is okay to cheat by moving voting boundaries so you can get what you want? Hmm. Sounds familiar. Only now it's okay to say it outloud, after all, it's for the greater good. Right?
Biden is out of his mind, he cannot overturn a Supreme Court decision on abortion. The Courts gave this issue back to the States where it belongs just like voting rights!
If Biden tries to overrule this he will get removed and replaced by President Trump!
