On Monday, multiple people are likely dead after a mass shooting at a 4th of July parade in Highland Park, Illinois.

Watch video of parade watchers running once they heard the sounds of gunfire. It took some people a minute to register it.

Witnesses say there were 5 bloodied people lying on the ground after people fled, according to the Chicago Sun Times. There were allegedly 20 shots fired as well.

The suspect is confirmed to be on the loose and k-9 units have called in to find them. The Highland Park Police Department said that the shooting is currently “active.”
