Kid Rock Blasts Anti-Gun Liberals for July 4th

Legendary rock star Kid Rock took to his social media over the weekend to blast anti-gun liberals who want to celebrate America’s Independence Day.

Kid Rock, an outspoken conservative who often defends America and patriotism, made the inflammatory post on his Truth Social, the social media company owned by former President Donald Trump.

Rock wrote: “If you’re anti-gun, you don’t get to celebrate the 4th of July. You would never have fought back. Enjoy pride month. Pussy.”

The musician, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, was referring to the American Revolution, in which many of the British colonial subjects took up private arms to fight back against their government. He was suggesting that leftists wouldn’t have joined the future Americans because they are too anti-gun.

He was also referenced Gay Pride Month, which is a month set aside to celebrate LGBTQ+ culture, although that actually ended in June.

Despite the post being made on Truth Social, liberals on Twitter were irate at his suggestion that they weren’t real patriots.

One angry social media enthusiast wrote “Kid Rock makes music for people who spend more on fireworks than dental care.”

A second upset liberal user wrote, “Kid Rock is what happens when alcoholism and smoker’s lung have a child, and raise it to be Trump’s #1 asshole buddy.”

Others, however, agreed with Rock wholeheartedly.

One Twitter user wrote “Kid Rock nails it!”

Another user wrote “Kid Rock, Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, Elon Musk, and Donald Trump can’t be canceled no matter how hard the left tries. They all say what they mean with no filter and they get liberals all wound up at the mere mention of their names.”

A third conservative poster added, “😂🤣 I just ADORE a man who has such a way with words. #KidRock”

Kid Rock has never been one to hold back on his feelings about politics. It’s because of that that he has been able to remain an icon of conservative rock music in an era where so many artists are extremely liberal leaning. Do you agree with the rock star about anti-gun Americans and the 4th of July?
