Elon Musks Taunts Twitter After Pulling Out Of The $44 Billion Deal

After terminating his $44 billion bid to buy Twitter, Tesla and Space X CEO Elon Musk taunted the company using their own platform.

Last week, he decided to back out of his deal because the company did not provide enough information to satisfy his doubts about the spam and bots contained on the platform.

Twitter responded by threatening legal action against him with the goal of forcing the buy.

To troll the company, Musk posted a series of memes on his Twitter. One of them featured Chuck Norris with a chess board and a single pawn. He labeled the meme “Chuckmate” underneath it.

Another meme shows Musk laughing at comments beside his reactions in text. It reads, “They said I couldn’t buy Twitter, then they wouldn’t disclose bot info, now they want to force me to buy Twitter in court,” and “now they have to disclose bot info in court.”

It’s not known if this is Elon’s true intentions to drag the social media company into court.

One user responded underneath him writing, “It is hilarious to watch Elon Musk trolling Twitter on Twitter.”

One person wrote that Elon should have to buy Twitter still because he knew about it when he started the deal.

Another user wrote that Twitter has the upper hand in the deal.

Musk called off the $44 billion Twitter deal that would have taken the company under his control and made it privately owned. He touted the move as a way to spread free speech on the platform.

However, he’s continually alleged that Twitter is inflating their daily active users with bots. It’s unclear whether it is true or not at this point.

Do you think that Musk will have to buy Twitter eventually or can they even force someone to continue a deal they don’t want? What is his endgame? It’s getting more and more interesting. Many people think this is just him hard negotiating to get the company even cheaper.
