Right-wing comedian and social media personality Alex Stein got in an altercation with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Twitter after he called her a “big booty Latina” who wants to “kill babies” outside the Capitol. She came up to him and gave the peace sign and then responded to him on twitter later saying she would have “deck[ed] him.”

Cortez posted about being accosted and said, “I posted about a deeply disgusting incident that happened today on the Capitol steps, but took it down bc it’s clearly someone seeking extremist fame. It’s just a bummer to work in an institution that openly allowed this, but talking about it only invites more. Just really sad.”

“I was actually walking over to deck him because if no one will protect us then I’ll do it myself but I needed to catch a vote more than a case today,” she wrote in a follow up tweet.

Stein responded to AOC and said, “If you really love me you would of at least tagged me. I’m devastated.”

AOC posted on her Instagram stories a video afterwards seeming to blame the Capitol police for not doing a better job protecting her. Someone saved it and reposted it on Twitter.

AOC has since blocked him as evidenced on his Twitter. She later responded on Instagram and accused Stein of “sexually threatening aggressive behavior.”

Stein is a comedian and online troll. He has a YouTube channel with 100k subscribers and graduated from Highland Park High School in the well-to-do neighborhood of the same name. He previously featured on several reality TV shows including “The Glass House,” Worst Cooks in America, and Sweet Home Alabama, a dating series.

Stein grew to internet fame after satirically rapping a song titled “Prayers for Ukraine” at a Plano city council and sang that “gas prices are way too high” and the need to assassinate Putin. Afterwards, he told Insider it was “100 per cent satire (designed to) blur the lines of reality because people won’t know if it’s real or fake”.

Stein also accosted Rep. Adam Kinzinger and called him a “traitor” the same day that he got the clip with AOC.

AOC said she was going to deck him. That’s the definitely the funniest thing you’ve read today. She said she had to catch a vote instead of catching a case! That’s even funnier.
