Dem’s Right to Contraception Act Could Be Interpreted to Include Chemical Abortions

It’s common knowledge that politicians sometimes, maybe even oftentimes, hide things inside bills that they hope no one will notice. Both sides do it. But this time what the Dems are trying to hide in The Right to Contraception Act is a matter of life and death to many.

The Senate’s “Right to Contraception Act” says, in part:

The term ‘‘contraception’’ means an action taken to prevent pregnancy, including the use of contraceptives or fertility-awareness based methods, and sterilization procedures.

The term ‘‘contraceptive’’ means any drug, device, or biological product intended for use in the prevention of pregnancy, whether specifically intended to prevent pregnancy or for other health needs, that is legally marketed under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, such as oral contraceptives, long-acting reversible contraceptives, emergency contraceptives, internal and external condoms, injectables, vaginal barrier methods, transdermal patches, and vaginal rings, or other contraceptives.

The bill also targets 12 states that it says have laws in place to limit access to contraceptives, including Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, and Texas, reports Breitbart. “The bill forces healthcare providers to offer contraceptives regardless of their personal convictions, arguing that laws in 12 states allowing providers to refuse services based on conscience ‘impede patients from obtaining their preferred method,’” reports the Washington Examiner.

Just reading the language one can see the kind of manipulation the Democrats would be able to do. For example, “contraceptive” can mean “other contraceptives.” That language could easily be interpreted to mean medical abortions.

The bill also guarantees federal funding for Planned Parenthood. SBA Pro-Life America tweeted, “This bill is a ‘wolf in sheep’s clothing’ @SenJoniErnst objects to procedural motion that would send $5 Billion of our tax dollars (Title X family planning funds) to Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers #LifeIsAHumanRight

In a letter to Congress, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser wrote, “Far from being a bill that simply allows for access to contraception, this bill seeks to bail out the abortion industry, trample conscience rights, and require uninhibited access to dangerous chemical abortion drugs.”

A 25-year-old pizza guy transformed into real-life superhero and saved 5 children from a house fire. Wait till you see this!

Yes, both sides indeed do this sort of garbage, trying to sneak things into a bill. And especially by calling it the Right to Contraception Act,” they can and will try to portray anyone who doesn’t agree with the bill as straight out of The Handmaid’s Tale. It’s a lie. Do you have any issue with birth control, that’s not abortion?
