Doocy Takes Down KJP Over Illegal Immigration

On Thursday, Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy got into a tiff with White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre over Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser’s recent statements on illegal immigrants being bused into her city.

“We have been in regular touch with Mayor Bowser and her team,” Jean-Pierre responded. “I said this last week about Republicans using migrants as a political tool, and that is shameful and that is just wrong. There is a process in place for managing migrants at the border. This is not it, what they’re doing currently. That includes expelling migrants as required by court order under Title 42, transferring them to ICE custody or placing them in the care of local NGOs as they await further processing.”

“So, the White House’s preference would be for small towns in Texas and Arizona to have to take care of these migrants rather than a large, metropolitan city like Washington, D.C.,” Doocy responded.

“That is not what I said,” Jean-Pierre hit back.

“That is what you said,” Doocy shot back. “You said you think people are using migrants.”

“Yeah, they are,” KJP repeated. “They’re sending migrants to big cities on purpose using them as a political ploy.”

Doocy then asked where migrants should go if they are not big cities that are mostly run by democrats.

“There’s a process when they come to a big city and now the mayor said she needs the National Guard?” he asked.

KJP responded by saying that Republicans are “using migrants” as political props.

“They’re using migrants who are coming here for, who knows? Because they’re dealing with humanitarian issues back in their country. They’re coming here for a better life and they are being used, Peter, they’re being used by Republican governors. That is what’s happening,” she said.

Abbott began bussing migrants into Washington DC after the Biden admin threatened to reverse Title 42, the Trump-era pandemic policy that allowed them to deport migrants to protect Americans from the disease.

The first bus with migrants from Texas arrived on April 13 and it is estimated that 3,500 migrants have been bused to the city so far from the Republican states of Arizona and Texas combined, according to the Washingtonian.

The mayor of the city has now called the situation a “humanitarian crisis” and is calling for the national guard to help process the wave of illegals being bussed into the city.

This week Abbott doubled down on it and released a statement to media organizations that said that now Washington can feel the strain of illegal immigration as much as Texas.

“Washington, D.C. finally understands what Texans have been dealing with every single day, as our communities are overrun and overwhelmed by thousands of illegal immigrants thanks to President Biden’s open border policies,” the Governor’s spokeswoman Renae Eze wrote in a statement released to the Washington Examiner. “If the mayor wants a solution to this crisis, she should call on President Biden to take immediate action to secure the border — something he has failed to do.”

Democrat Party Leader Runs Over Bicyclist On Camera

Democrats are squirming at this plan. At least, California who also suffers form illegal immigration is not begging the national guard for help. This looks bad for the dems and shows just how dangerous for the immigrants and for Americans the scourge of illegal migration is. It overwhelms our resources and does not allow us to vet who comes in. Immigration is great. Illegal immigration is not. Do you think the Dems are starting to get those facts?
