Joe Biden is Diagnosed With COVID AGAIN

President Joe Biden has been diagnosed as COVID-19 positive again just days after testing negative and leaving isolation for the same sickness.

The White House announced the 2nd positive diagnosis on Saturday, saying that Biden would be forced to re-enter isolation as a result.

The 79 year old president, who has a myriad of health conditions including high blood pressure and multiple brain aneurisms, reportedly “continues to feel quite well” according to his personal physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor.

Biden has been quadruple vaccinated and had been treated with Pfizer’s new Paxlovid drug, which O’Connor warned had the potential of a testing “rebound” when used to treat older patients.

Within hours of the diagnosis, Biden was back on Twitter to discuss his resurgence of the disease.

“Folks, today I tested positive for COVID again. This happens with a small minority of folks. I’ve got no symptoms but I am going to isolate for the safety of everyone around me. I’m still at work, and will be back on the road soon,” he tweeted.

The drug the president was using, Paxlovid, is perscribed to stop the virus from replicating inside the body. According to the CDC, “A brief return of symptoms may be part of the natural history of SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) infection in some persons, independent of treatment with Paxlovid and regardless of vaccination status.”

Biden had recently bragged about taking the drug and his own amazing recovery just days before, throwing shade a Trump for his recovery time. Biden told reporters, “”When my predecessor got covid, he had to get helicoptered to Walter Reed Medical Center. He was severely ill… When I got Covid I worked from upstairs of the White House… The difference is vaccinations.”

It’s unclear whether or not Joe Biden will take back his hit at Trump after being forced back into isolation after such a short period. What is clear is that the president is still sick with a disease that’s particularly dangerous for people his age.
