Mainstream Media Officially DEAD, And We Have The PROOF You Need To See

Over the past few years, Americans’ trust in mainstream media has eroded. President Trump called political news networks “fake news” when it became clear they were no longer providing unbiased information. A new poll indicates that trust is still declining.

The media isn’t going to like what this new poll has to say.

TownHall Reports. According to a recent Rasmussen Reports poll, 62 percent of voters believe media bias is getting worse, and 82 percent believe “fake news” will become a bigger problem.

In general, 52 percent of voters don’t trust political media.

It might be because viewers are bombarded with information that may or may not be true, leaving them to sort out fact from fiction. We are long past the days when news was simply news as it happened without any spin or propaganda.

Just 32 percent of pollsters said they did not trust the political news they were getting.

There was, however, a difference in trust between parties when it came to the media. While 67 percent of Republicans and conservatives are wary of what to believe in the news, 55 percent of Democrats do trust news about President Joe Biden, Washington, and Congress.

Rebuilding trust, as well as rebranding and commitment, will take a long time for news networks.

The ratings of CNN plummeted after the Left became radical progressives.

There has been an attempt to rebrand the network as what it once was since then. For an effort to regain the loyalty of its viewers, CNN fired several of its biggest anchors, including Chris Cuomo and Brian Stelter.

In fact John Malone, the biggest shareholder of the company that’s about to take over CNN, said he “would like to see CNN evolve back to the kind of journalism that it started with, and actually have journalists.”

Republicans say they trust only 20 percent of the information they are receiving on the Mar-a-Lago raid, compared with 68 percent of Democrats.
