Shocking Decision By Delaware Judge Could Impact Elon Musk’s Future

A Delaware judge has just made a shocking decision that could have a major impact on Elon Musk’s future, and his ongoing lawsuit with twitter.

Delaware Judge Ordered a Small Amount of data to be Shared with Elon Musk’s for his ongoing lawsuit with Twitter – Yesterday, Delaware’s Court ordered the Twitter to share a small amount of sensitive data with Elon Musk on  Twitter. The order was in response to Mr. Musk’s allegations that the company had given him inaccurate data on the number of bots on Twitter. This is just the latest chapter in an ongoing legal battle between the two companies that has seen multiple filings and counter filings over the past few months. While it is unclear exactly what data will be shared at this point, it seems likely that this will only further inflame tensions between the two sides.

Washington examiner wrote. Billionaire tycoon Elon Musk may get some of what he wants from Twitter, but a judge conditioned that much of his requests were “absurdly broad.”

On Thursday, a Delaware judge ordered Facebook to share data about 9,000 accounts it reviewed in its fourth-quarter audit to gauge spam accounts on its platform. This is much less than Musk requested. “Defendants’ data requests are absurdly broad. Read literally, Defendants’ documents request would require Plaintiff to produce trillions upon trillions of data points reflecting all of the data Twitter might possibly store,” wrote Delaware’s Court of Chancery Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick. In the right mind, no one would attempt such a task.”

McCormick argued a narrowly tailored approach would be more realistic than forcing Twitter to provide all of its 200 million users’ data. McCormick gave Twitter two weeks to recreate the 9,000 account audit data, which is likely to involve recreating the data. Twitter claims the audit data no longer exists.

Musk’s legal battle with Twitter has been raging for months.

Next News Network previously reported. Elon Musk is taking no prisoners

Next News network reports. In the ongoing battle over Twitter, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk’s legal team subpoenaed former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey.

As reported by The Verge, Musk has subpoenaed former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, who stepped down last year and was replaced by Twitter CTO Parag Agrawal, for documents relating to Twitter’s use of mDAU as a key metric and the impact of false or spam accounts on Twitter’s business and operations.

It’s absurd that Elon Musk is being denied access to data he needs to help improve the state of Twitter. The company has been plagued with spam and bots, and it’s up to him to try and fix the problem, once he acquires Twitter. He’s already made significant progress in his legal efforts, and America backs Elon on cleaning up the platform, but he can’t do it without access to all the relevant data. Hopefully, the court will reconsider its decision and allow Musk full access to what he needs.
