The exodus of Kamala Harris’ staffers continues as she loses another top official.

It has not been a good tenure for the Harris Vice Presidency, as she has trouble keeping aides. This should come as no surprise as reports have been coming out for years that she is a tyrant, and regularly demeans her staff and belittles them.

Townhall reports. A senior White House communications adviser, Herbie Ziskend, announced he is leaving Harris’s team to become deputy communications director in the West Wing. 

Due to turmoil and dysfunction, Harris is on the verge of losing all of his staffers. In response to Jen Psaki’s departure for MSNBC, the Biden White House is restructuring its communications department.  

The exodus of Harris staffers seemed to be occurring every week a few months ago, but then press secretary Jen Psaki called it “natural” and “very positive.” According to a former staffer, Harris often fails to read briefing materials and then lashes out at staff members when she isn’t prepared. She was considered a “common denominator,” running a “soul-destroying” management, according to one report.

The staff fleeing Kamala’s rage has been well documented over the last few years. 

Ny Post writes. In the wake of a cascade of press reports describing a toxic work environment among the VP’s staff, Flournoy did not escape scot-free. In June 2021, Politico reported that her efforts to protect Harris led her to dismiss staff ideas, refuse to delegate responsibility, prolong decisions unnecessarily, and blame others.

One Unnamed source said. “People are thrown under the bus from the very top, there are short fuses and it’s an abusive environment, It’s not a healthy environment and people often feel mistreated. It’s not a place where people feel supported but a place where people feel treated like sh*t.”

Knee pads cant save Kamala now. Ever since she got the 2nd most powerful job in the country all of the problems stop with her. It seems that her vaunted experience and management skills were all BS. But we knew that. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her staffers who have to live under her tyrannical rule.
