This New Poll Has Republican Governors Cheering and Democrats Scared To Death!

Elections are coming up and the pollsters are hard at work determining who has the best chance to win. A new poll shows trouble for Democrats, wait until you see where

Republicans are going to love this news.

TownHall Reports, The Trafalgar Group released another round of polling on Sunday, this time in Wisconsin, where Sen. Ron Johnson and Gov. Tony Evers are running for re-election. In less than two months, both incumbent candidates may face trouble in the November midterm elections.

Gov. Tony Evers leads his Republican opponent, Tim Michels, by just 0.5 percent. His lead is within the margin of error, leaving him statically tied with his opponent.

According to Morning Consult data published last month, Evers is considered one of the least popular governors in the country. Currently ranked 46th out of 50th, Evers has a 47 percent disapproval rating and a 46 percent approval rating. The data is based on April 1, 2022, and June 30, 2022. The race is considered a “Toss-Up.” Ron Johnson was seen rallying his supporters at a recent event in Wisconsin.

In the event that Evers loses in November, he will only have served one term in office. He defeated former Gov. Scott Walker (R) in 2018 by 49.5 percent to 49.4 percent. Walker had been seeking his third term.

FiveThirtyEight graded Trafalgar’s polls A- in previous cycles. It has conducted a series of other polls in key battleground races, many of which are close.

If they are as accurate as they say they are this is good news for Johnson and good news for the Republican party.
