The culture war in America is raging, the biggest battle Americans are facing is for their children’s future.
In every state parents are fighting to make classrooms politically neutral, and remove the liberal policies and wokeness being taught to their children.
Post Millennial writes. The president of the American Federation of Teachers, Randi Weingarten, participated in a back-to-school town hall on Thursday with Education Secretary Miguel Cardona. The panel discussed a wide range of topics, including vaccines, student support, and school funding, however when the topic of teacher wellbeing came up, Weingarten said many are burnt out due to their political role as “social justice warriors.” Teachers were forced to bring their politics into the classroom, Weingarten claimed. According to her, lawmakers attacked them.
This comes after AFT president Weingarten has publicly attacked parents in the past.
Next news network reported. In August New Jersey Education Association released an ad calling parents extremists.
That ad followed a statement by AFT president Weingarten stating the educational damage done to students from remote learning, a policy she begged and pleaded to keep students at home nationally. Weingarten even lobbied the CDC to continue pushing policies to keep students home.
It should come as no surprise that the teacher union is admitting to making teachers into social justice warriors. Remember over the last number of years all the videos coming out of teachers indoctrination, and the crazy classroom rules. The litter boxes in the bathrooms, the sexualization of children, the BLM flags, walk outs…. You get the idea. This needs to end, parents need to vote new school boards in and begin to terminate contracts.
