That is right. Ron Johnson is calling out his opponent Mandela Brynes for trying to lie to the public about being a radical leftist psychopath.
Campaign season is upon us and let the panderings begin. In Wisconsin one of the hottest Senate races is underway in the swing state. Lt Gov Barnes is running against Senator Ron Johnson, and Johnson is not letting Barnes get away with any lies.
Daily Caller writes. The Daily Caller has learned that Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson will launch a seven-figure ad campaign targeting his Democratic opponent, Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes.
In the ad, titled Cutesy, Johnson uses parts of one of Barnes’ advertisements and adds a voiceover claiming that Barnes is too extreme for Wisconsin. According to the voiceover, Barnes supports open borders and defunding the police, and he wrote a bill that would have released criminals without bail.
Barnes was caught when he stated he did not want to defund the police.
During his first two years in office as lieutenant governor, Defund the Police ally Mandela Barnes spent nearly $600,000 on his police detail.
The $587,281 in pure taxpayer funds went to pay for 8,868 regular hours of police protection, 4,900 overtime hours, and 203 holiday hours. Mandela Barnes required 52x as many hours of protection in one year as Kleefisch did.
As Wisconsin’s Lieutenant Governor, he backed the Defund the Police and Abolish ICE movements while he was protected by the police. Now he wants to take his antis to Washington DC.
Here he is calling for police budgets to be reduced.
We hope that Wisconsin keeps its Republican senator. These extreme woke, leftists have no business trying to bring their policies to a national platform where they would only diminish the United States of America.
