You know you’re not doing a good job as president when even your own party can’t rally behind you. In midterm elections, your party will generally rally around you even if you fail on a few points. Well Joe Biden is about to get a newsflash that he isn’t going to like
Joe Biden is evidently doing so badly that even some members of his party are having trouble pretending to argue that he’s doing well
According to Trending Politics. Mark Kelly was asked about how Joe Biden is doing recently and didn’t give a very praising answer.
It’s not your job to give him a report card? You’re part of the party, Senator, and voters need to know if you want more of the same, especially since most Americans don’t.
Blake Masters, the Republican candidate for Arizona’s senate seat, poked fun at Kelly for his response tweeting. “Look at Mark Kelly squirm when asked if Biden is doing a good job. “Hey, I th-, you know, I, uh, you know, I, it, first of all” 🥴 Senator: Biden’s record is YOUR record. Can’t hide from that now
Senator Kelly isn’t the only one struggling to be optimistic about the rotted eggplant lounging in the White House we call President.
AOC, for example, refused to endorse him over the summer when asked. Currently, Brandon’s main base consists of far-left activists who approve of America’s radical direction, so ignoring them is bad news.
According to The Gaurdian. In an appearance on CNN’s State of the Union, the progressive New Yorker said she was more focused on maintaining Democrats’ congressional majority in November.
When asked directly if she would support Biden, Ocasio-Cortez said, “We’ll cross that bridge when we get to it,”
Ocasio-Cortez is a vocal left-wing member of the Democratic party, which has been pressing Vice President Biden to take executive actions to bypass congressional obstruction.
Democratic ranks appear to be growing uncomfortable with the 79-year-old president.
The bad news is that his party voters aren’t too happy either. As a late July NPR article admitted:
Biden’s approval rating in the poll is now at 36%. That’s a 4 percentage-point drop from June, and inside the numbers, it’s attributable to a 9-point decline within his own party.
While 75% of Democrats approve of the job Biden is doing, that’s considered low for a president’s own party. Last month, 84% of Democrats said they approved of the job Biden was doing, according to the survey.
You know it’s bad for the President when your own Party won’t even say they think you are doing a good job. Even Far-Left AOC won’t say she’ll endorse his run and that says A LOT. Biden is going to be in for a rude awakening if he runs for President come 2024. Buckle up Biden.
