DENIED! Trumps Scores BIG WIN Against DOJ As Judge BLOCKS Garland From Access To Seized Documents

The Department of Justice was just denied access to documents seized in the Mar-A-Lago Raid by the special master appointed to oversee Merrick Garland’s actions.

It’s been a busy few weeks for Team Trump, and it doesn’t look like things are going to be slowing down anytime soon. In fact, it seems like every day there’s another headline that raises more questions than it answers. Well, today we’re going to try and clear some things up for you. The Department of Justice was just denied access to documents related to the special master appointed to oversee the raid on Trump’s home. So what does that mean? We’ll break it all down for you in this video.

It came as a shock yesterday when we learned that the Department of Justice was denied access to documents related to the FBI’s raid on the home of President Trump. This after a special master was to review the materials seized in the raid to determine which are protected by executive privilege. It’s hard not to see this as just another instance of the weaponizing of federal institutions against political opponents but at least the DOJ has hit a major roadblock scoring another win for Donald Trump.

According to Zero Hedge. The Justice Department has appointed a special master to act as a firewall between it and Mar-a-Lago materials seized during an Aug. 8 raid.

Aileen Cannon denied the DOJ’s motion to access a subset of classified records on Trump’s property in two orders issued Thursday. The DOJ and Trump’s team agreed on a recently retired judge – recently retired Judge Raymond Dearie – who will serve as the special master.

In order to complete his review, Raymond has until November 30, 2022.

After lawyers for the government argued that they should be allowed to view over 100 classified documents seized during the raid – since they are not covered by executive privilege or personal property claims – Cannon dismissed the DOJ’s request for a partial stay of an earlier motion on accessing the seized materials. Fox has more.

Cannon supported a DOJ request that Trump pay the full cost of a special master.

Cannon wrote. “If the court were willing to accept the government’s representations that select portions of the seized materials are—without exception—government property not subject to any privileges, and did not think a special master would serve a meaningful purpose, the court would have denied plaintiff’s special master request,”. “The court does not find it appropriate to accept the government’s conclusions on these important and disputed issues without further review by a neutral third party in an expedited and orderly fashion.”

This is a big win for Donald Trump and his legal team. The DOJ was not granted access to any of the seized materials, and a special master has been appointed to act as a firewall between the two parties. This could be an indication that more wins are on the horizon for President Trump. We will continue to keep you updated on this story as it unfolds.
