The Royal family had a little surprise in store for Joe Biden at the queen’s funeral. They hid him in the 14th row, and no one could see him. But Trump found out, and he just couldn’t help to say what we all were thinking.
According to the Daily Mail, President Trump mocked Joe Biden for sitting 14 rows back at the Queen’s funeral and said that if he had been president he would have moved closer to the front of the 2,000 mourners.
According to President Trump it shows ‘no respect’ for the United States anymore – and suggested Biden get to know ‘leaders of certain Third World Countries’ now.
Trump wrote on Truth Social, “This is what’s happened to America in just two short years. No respect! However, a good time for our President to get to know the leaders of certain Third World countries. If I were president, they wouldn’t have sat me back there—and our Country would be much different than it is right now!”
He added, “In Real Estate, like in Politics and in Life, LOCATION IS EVERYTHING!!!”
Both Joe and his wife Jill sat 7 rows from the back of the south transept, located to the side of the altar at the Queen’s funeral.
The Daily Mail notes that the president sat directly behind Polish Prime Minister Andrzej Duda and Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala during the hour-long memorial service.
The First Lady of the United States sat next to the president of Switzerland, Ignazio Cassis.
To make matters even worse, as noted by The Guardian, when the pair arrived at Westminster Abbey for the Queen’s funeral, they were not ushered to their seats immediately. A procession of George and Victoria Cross holders went ahead of the first couple in the nave of the abbey in order not to disrupt the finely tuned choreography.
In lieu of taking the bus with the other heads of state and government, Biden had been given a dispensation to travel to the abbey in ‘the Beast’, an armored limousine used by US presidents for security reasons.
