Taco Party? Jill Biden Goes ALL IN, Hosts Special Event for Latinos All Month Goes

The First Lady isn’t known for being eloquent with her words. This was evident when she compared Latinos to Breakfast Tacos at a civil rights event a few months back. Despite the insulting gaffe, Jill Biden just landed a new job that is sure to upset the hispanic community.

The Latino community isn’t going to like this one.

According to American Lookout. First Lady Jill Biden Hispanic Heritage Month just three months after being publicly roasted for comparing Latinos to breakfast tacos.

In spite of plans to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, Jill Biden has not yet made any public statements.

During the 2022 UnidosUS Annual Conference in San Antonio, Jill Biden compared the Latino community to breakfast tacos.

Obviously, this is about the midterm elections. Latino voters are shifting Republican, and Jill is trying to stop it. At the end of the day, this may not be enough.

According to News Nation. The Republican Party is seeing a shift in Hispanic voters. Just over 350 Latinos flipped to the Democratic Party in the last presidential election, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Latino voters, once a “solidly Democratic bloc,” are now emerging as a “swing group,” and their preferences are split along economic and class lines. An August survey conducted by the publication found that Latino voters would pick a Democrat for Congress over a Republican by 11 percentage points. That’s down from the Democrats’ previous 34-point advantage.

Under former Republican President Donald Trump, Hispanic voters have noticed that the economy fared better

Also unhappy with the current immigration policy, Republican governors of Texas and Arizona have sent thousands of illegal immigrants coming into their states on buses to New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C., in recent months. Recently, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis flew migrants to Martha’s Vineyard.

While Republican House members didn’t enthusiastically get behind the effort of these GOP governors, they said that the strategy is putting “a spotlight on some of the issues that we’ve been talking about at the border. Clearly Hispanics are noticing.

If Jill Biden and the Democrats want to slow the shift of Hispanic voters from Democrat to Republican, they’re going to have to do a lot more than put the first lady in charge of Hispanic Heritage month. Perhaps someone who doesn’t see the Latino community as tacos would be a better spokesperson

Let’s continue this conversation, in the comments below.
