BREAKING: Wicked NY AG Files Shock Fraud Lawsuit Against TRUMP and 3 Children But There’s 1 Problem

New York state’s Attorney General, Letitia James, announced a lawsuit against President Trump and 3 of his children this morning.

Just the News writes, A civil fraud case was filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James on Wednesday against President Donald Trump, three of his children, and several businesses associated with them.

The defendants in the case include President Trump and his three eldest children: Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump.

In addition, other defendants include former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg, Jeffrey Mcconney, The Trump Organization, Inc. and other businesses associated with Trump.

According to the more than 200-page lawsuit, the Trump Organization inflates property values through misleading appraisals and defrauds tax officials, lenders, and insurers.

The Democrat attorney general seeks $250 million in funds and permanent bans on Trump and his three eldest children holding directorships at state-registered businesses. Additionally, she wants to terminate the Trump Organization’s corporate certificate, which would force it to stop operating in New York.

The lawsuit comes after, as we previously reported, Trump said he declined to answer questions in James’ probe last month.

On Truth Social, Trump responded to the lawsuit, writing, “Another Witch Hunt by a racist Attorney General, Letitia James, who failed in her run for Governor, getting almost zero support from the public, and now is doing poorly against Law & Order A.G. candidate, highly respected Michael Henry. I never thought this case would be brought – until I saw her really bad poll numbers. She is a fraud who campaigned on a “get Trump” platform, despite the fact that the city is one of the crime and murder disasters of the world under her watch!”

He also wrote, “Attorney General Letitia “Peekaboo” James, a total crime fighting disaster in New York, is spending all of her time fighting for very powerful and well represented banks and insurance companies, who were fully paid, made a lot of money, and never had a complaint about me, instead of fighting murder and violent crime, which is killing New York State. She is a failed A.G. whose lack of talent in the fight against crime is causing record numbers of people and companies to flee New York. Bye, bye!”

Trump also shared videos on Truth Social highlighting just how obsessed James is with trying to bring him down. You can watch those, here.

It appears The Stalanist DA Leticia James is putting the cart before the horse as her allegations have already been debunked.

It was reported by Fox News Digital that Trump undervalued his assets, rather than inflating them as prosecutors expected.

In addition, the source said that Trump did not default on payments to banks, and that his statement of financial condition contained “caveats” that “refuted” the DA’s claims.

The source said that the case against Trump was fueled by Trump’s political opponents, and that Mark Pomerantz, who led the investigation under Cyrus Vance, “shouldn’t have been in the DA’s office to begin with.”
