Ron Desantis is killing it and he just received the endorsement of Palm Beach Democrat Dave Kerner 

According to The Washington Examiner. Dave Kerner is the county’s Democratic commissioner, as well as the former two-term mayor. He is also a former City of Alachua law enforcement officer and served in Florida’s House of Representatives as the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee for two terms.

On Wednesday Kerner Tweeted. “Endorsing Gov. @RonDeSantisFL was the obvious choice this election cycle. Gov. DeSantis’ Dem opponent has called for reallocation of resources away from law enforcement. FL cannot afford people like Charlie Crist who wants to defund the police & make our communities less safe,” Take a look at his endorsement. 

Desnatis’ popularity was recently reflected in a poll showing his chances against Donald Trump in the 2024 Presidential GOP Primary. 

According to The Washington Examiner. A new poll shows DeSantis ahead by 8 percentage points against former President Donald Trump in a hypothetical 2024 primary match. A previous finding shows DeSantis also performed better against President Joe Biden, 52%-44%. Trump only leads Biden by 3 points in the poll.

This contrasts starkly with the results of another USA Today / Suffolk poll conducted in January, when Trump beat DeSantis by 7 points, 47% to 40%.

David Paleologos, the director of the Suffolk University Political Research Center, said. “This doesn’t necessarily mean DeSantis would lead in any other GOP primary state,” 

DeSantis also leads his Democratic opponent Charlie Crist, 48% to 41%, in the November gubernatorial contest.

Ron Desantis is making huge waves. His policies have led to a prosperous Florida and this endorsement by a Democrat official speaks volumes to his effective leadership. GOP leaders across the country should take note.
