Joe Biden, without even realizing it, handed gun owners a win on the topic of why it is so important to have firearms.
According to Breitbart, President Biden admitted that AR-15s, AK-47s, and other guns Democrats call “assault weapons” are designed to defend people.
A video showed Biden launch into the topic by asking, “What in God’s name do you need an assault weapon for?”
He then continued, saying, “It’s an assault weapon designed to kill people, to defend America, to defend people.”
Twitter users took notice of Biden’s statement.
The Center for Security Policy’s Kyle Shideler reacted to Biden’s admission by tweeting, “Biden accidentally stumbles into the meaning of the 2nd amendment.”
Another Twitter user said, “Mr McGoo answered his own question.”
This user tweeted, “Now you’re getting it Joe.”
And this person said, “@POTUS finally figured it out… to defend America…. That’s it! Even against a tyrannical government!”
