White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was questioned on Monday by FOX’s Peter Doocy about rising crime in America.
The Post Millennial reports, The press secretary would not answer whether American big cities are safe or not.
The Post Millennial notes that as a result of the “defund the police” movement that began in 2020, Democrat-led metropolises have experienced record high crime levels over the last two years.
This has resulted in many people fleeing these Blue cities and states, leaving their downtowns barren of activity and moving to safer, more affordable locations, mostly in Republican states.
CNBC recently reported on this exact point, noting that the top 5 states that people moved out of in 2021 were all run by Democrats.
