The saga of Michael Avenatti continues, we thought he disappeared into nothingness, as he is now being forced to repay stolen funds from an adult film star. Avenatti gained mass popularity as he touted he had proof of President Donald Trump committing adultery.

Washington Examiner reports. Stormy Daniels’ former lawyer Michael Avenatti was ordered to pay her $148,740 in restitution.

The restitution is intended to cover outstanding funds owed to Daniels following his conviction in February for swindling roughly $300,000 away from her during a book deal she had for Full Disclosure. The prosecution alleged he forged her signature in order to embezzle the funds. Previously, Avenatti compensated Daniels for some of the $300,000 he allegedly embezzled from her, and the $148,740 restitution figure is intended to cover the balance.

In prison for multiple crimes, Daniels’ former lawyer is serving out his sentence. This includes a four-year sentence for the wire fraud and aggravated identity theft charges pertaining to the embezzlement Daniels was convicted of in February. A court document states that he also received a two-and-a-half-year prison sentence for attempting to blackmail Nike for $15 to $25 million.

This finding comes after Avenatti faced multiple charges over fraud.

Lawyer Michael Avenatti, who represented Stormy Daniels in lawsuits against President Donald Trump, was sentenced in 2021 to 2.5  years in prison for trying to extort $25 million from Nike.

In connection with his representation of an organizer of a Los Angeles youth basketball league who was upset that Nike had stopped sponsoring the league, Avenatti, 50, was convicted of charges including attempted extortion and honest services fraud.

When it comes to scumbags Avenatti takes the cake, he set out to defraud everyone in his attempts to get rich and famous. It is good to see justice being served in this case as stealing from anyone should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
