In areas affected by Hurricane Ian, looting has been a major concern, but Governor DeSantis is on top of things.
Breitbart reports, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) warned would-be looters on Friday that entering homes of Ian victims would put their lives at risk.
“We’re a Second Amendment state,” DeSantis said.
For some reason, MSNBC’s Joy Reid didn’t take too kindly to DeSantis’ remarks.
On Twitter, she replied to DeSantis’ comments, writing, ““When the looting starts, the shooting starts.”—segregationist Miami sheriff Walter E. Headley, 1967,” MSNBC host Joy Reid said. “Didn’t take DeSantis long to return to form.”
