With President Obama making an executive action to create a law, a power that is specifically reserved to congress, he created a political firestorm in granting temporary amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants. The left states that it is for children who come to America without parents, but the average age of the DACA participants is 26 years old. Now as the next chapter in the DACA cycle comes to a close, it has President Joe Biden up in arms.

Western journal writes. Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, which has a long, litigious, and tangled history, took another turn Wednesday when a federal appeals court ruled it unconstitutional. However, the 5th U.S. Court of Appeals allowed nearly 600,000 people in the program to avoid deportation. The DACA program was created by then-President Barack Obama in 2012. Its purpose was to prevent deportation of illegal immigrants who entered the country as children with their parents.

With the ruling coming roughly one month before the midterm elections, President Joe Biden used it as a chance to attack Republicans.

Biden stated in a released statement from the white house “My Administration is committed to defending Dreamers against attacks from Republican officials in Texas and other states. This challenge to DACA is just another example of the extreme agenda being pushed by MAGA-Republican officials,”

The ruling comes with Joe Biden seeing massive public outcries at his failures on the southern border, failures that are leaving children to die.

Next news Network reported.  In August authorities recovered the bodies of three children from the Rio Grande in two separate incidents. The first occurred on Monday afternoon. A group of migrants brought across a 3-year-old boy and 2-month-old baby from the river, according to Eagle Pass Fire Department chief Manuel Mello. CPR was administered, but it was too late for the toddler. He was pronounced dead at the scene. As a result, the baby was rushed to a hospital in nearby San Antonio, where he remains in critical condition. The second tragic death occurred when a mother crossing the Rio Grande had her infant daughter ripped from her arms by the current, and was found lifeless near binational marker 30.

The executive cannot make laws, it is correct for the Federal Court to knock down the law on a constitutional basis. It is not a MAGA Republican thing. It is a United States Constitution thing Joe, get it right. Come on Man.
