An NYU chemistry professor says he was fired after students complained his class was too hard.

NY post reports.  An NYU chemistry professor says he was fired after students complained his class was too hard. Maitland Jones Jr. says that, despite decades of experience, the $80K-a-year school catered to students who were failing his organic chemistry class and canned him, according an interview in the New York Times. Eighty-two of Jones’ 350 students signed a petition against him last spring, saying Jones had made his class too difficult and was at fault for their failing grades. “Students were misreading exam questions at an astonishing rate,” Jones, who authored the 1,300-page textbook “Organic Chemistry,” wrote in a grievance to NYU obtained by the Times. “In the last two years, they fell off a cliff,” the 84-year-old professor said of the college kids’ pandemic performance. “We now see single digit scores and even zeros.”

Lets watch.

This news comes after Biden is hit with massive lawsuits over his attempt to cancel student debts.

Next News Network reports. the student loan cancellation plan, which applies to individuals earning less than $125,000 annually, faced its first lawsuit on September 27 from the Pacific Legal Foundation, which claimed that the White House illegally bypassed Congress by invoking a law intended to help Iraq War veterans and their families. A complaint advancing the same argument was filed two days later by multiple Republican state attorneys general.

“In addition to being economically unwise and downright unfair, the Biden Administration’s Mass Debt Cancellation is yet another example in a long line of unlawful regulatory actions,” the complaint said. “No statute permits President Biden to unilaterally relieve millions of individuals from their obligation to pay loans they voluntarily assumed.”

According to the attorney generals, the Supreme Court has recently ruled in West Virginia v. EPA that federal agencies cannot exercise highly consequential powers beyond what Congress could reasonably be understood to have granted. In a separate lawsuit, Attorney General Mark Brnovich (R-AZ) invoked the same ruling and claimed the “mass debt forgiveness program is fundamentally unfair, unconstitutional, and unwise.”

The self entitled adult-children who attend the high priced universities all want to skate by on their parents pocket books, and do little to nothing in the classes that are hard. For 82 students to write a letter to the school to try and get a teacher fired for the class being too hard, what did they expect when they went to college? College is meant to test you, and literally one of the hardest courses in college by most normal standards is Organic Chemistry. The name Organic chemistry even sounds hard, they also had the exclusive benefit of being taught by the same person who wrote the textbook. It is not the fault of the tenured professor that they didnt pay attention.
