AOC quickly jumps on twitter to attack a political opponent over supposed antisemitic tweets but forgets one massive fact, that the internet did not forget.

AOC has a history of opening her mouth before she thinks of the consequences. This is no different as she went on a tirade against Kanye West over his tweets regarding Jewish people. But the internet quickly jumped into gear about her, own storied past. 

Townhall reports. On Sunday night, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) sent out a tone-deaf tweet in which she denounced antisemitism, specifically in reference to Kanye West. 

Alexandria Ocasio Cortez tweeted “There is absolutely no room in this country or world for antisemitism. It is important to see how harmful + dangerous Kanye’s words are – not only to our Jewish brothers, sisters, & siblings, but also to our collective society at large. We must reject this trash wherever we see it.”

But the internet did not let her virtue signal go without reminding her of her past problems with anti semitism. As of Monday there was over 10,500 replies calling out AOC for her tweet.

This twitter fire storm was launched after Kanye West got his account locked from twitter.

Cnn reports. Twitter locked rapper Kanye West’s Twitter account over an antisemitic tweet posted on the account on Saturday.

According to Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine records pulled by CNN, West said in the tweet that he was going to “go death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE” and that, “You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone who opposes your agenda.” He did not specify which group he was addressing.

Twitter’s spokesperson confirmed to CNN that the account was locked for violating Twitter’s rules. Twitter has replaced the tweet with a message saying, “This tweet violated Twitter rules.”

AOC has a habit of making statements then immediately getting destroyed by the internet. She needs to look first to her circles before virtue signaling to the world. What an Idiot.
