According to MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace, the US might need a “Democracy commission” or some other organization to save America from Republicans. She suggested that former President Barack Obama might be able to spearhead such an effort.
However, as noted by The Daily Wire, during Wallace’s “Deadline: White House” on the network’s left-leaning program, even former senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO) dismissed the crazy idea of any sort of “commission” altogether.
Twitter users sounded off on the media personality for her partisan comments.
One user tweeted, “this is some next level gaslighting.”
Another one commented, “How about we pull MSNBC’s broadcast license instead? That’s a better idea!”
And another added, “why call it a committee when the word “commissariat” would be more suitable?”
