Midterms are heating up, and for the Democrat Governor of Wisconsin all of his anti police actions are coming to bite him in the behind.

Washington examiner reports. Tim Michels, the Republican nominee for governor of Wisconsin, ripped incumbent Gov. Tony Evers over his handling of the 2020 Kenosha riots in an advertisement airing across the state.

The seven-figure ad buy features officers saying that Evers “put politics over [their] lives” when riots broke out over the shooting of Jacob Blake, a black man, by police. Current polling averages show Evers ahead by less than half a percentage point less than a month before the election.

Let’s Watch.

The riots in Wisconsin during 2020 were made world famous.

Washington free beacon writes. Kenosha riots broke out in the summer of 2020 when police shot Blake, a man who was resisting arrest with a knife. While the Evers administration suggested the shooting was the result of racism and police brutality, subsequent investigations found no evidence of police misconduct. During the riots, two people were shot and killed, and dozens of businesses were damaged or burned. According to a Marquette Law School poll in September, 61 percent of Wisconsin voters are “very concerned” about crime and 27 percent are “somewhat concerned.”

In his latest ad, Republican Tim Michels hits Governor Evers where it hurts – his failure to stand up for law enforcement during the Kenosha riots. The ad shows images of destruction and violence, while Police Officers declare he undermined them in his response to the unrest, ultimately putting the safety of Wisconsinites at risk. It’s clear that Michels wants to paint Evers as unfit to lead, showcasing the chaos and suffering that can result from weak leadership. As midterm elections approach, this ad serves as a chilling reminder of the consequences of our voting decisions. Are we going to continue down this path of turmoil, or do we want a strong leader who will protect our communities? The stakes are high and every vote counts.

Wisconsin is going down hill quickly and it needs a strong leader like Tim Michaels  to get the state back on its feet. Remember to get out and vote in the November elections. Our nation depends on you.
