Democrats are making an attempt to sway moderate voters, and are getting busted left and right with their own lies. Luckily the internet is there to help catch these crooks, as they attempt to sway public opinion with their grifting and panderings. 

Washington free beacon reports. Democratic House candidate Matt Castelli (N.Y.) says he “will stand up for the rights of gun owners.” But his aides tell a different story in private, according to video of a campaign training session obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

Good thing the people at the NRA keep track of the facts, and they are not shy when it comes to calling out anti-gun candidates. 

Press republican reports. Democrat Matt Castelli, who is challenging Rep. Elise Stefanik in the 21st Congressional District, on Monday denounced the NRA and its endorsement of his opponent.

In its most recent legislative scorecard, the NRA’s Political Victory Fund gave Rep. Stefanik, R-Schuylerville, an “A,” indicating that she is one of the most fervent anti-gun control legislators in Congress. Her reelection campaign has also been endorsed by the NRA.

It is common for legislators with “A” ratings from the NRA to oppose any measures to restrict access to weapons, to oppose gun safety measures in office, and to advocate for American citizens to have nearly unrestricted access to weapons.

The NRA gave Castelli an “F,” which indicates that he supports gun control measures such as waiting periods, background checks, and red flag laws.

In a statement issued Monday, Castelli said the NRA is a corrupt organization and its rating system ignores factual statements from candidates.

It’s like watching a cockroach scurry away when caught in the sunlight – politicians like Castelli are caught red-handed, their lies exposed by their own words. Thanks to leaked audio, Castelli’s real feelings about gun rights have been revealed: he plans to strip law-abiding citizens of their right to bear arms. But the Second Amendment is clear: the right to bear arms “shall not be infringed.” Castelli may try to spin his way out of this scandal, but voters won’t be fooled. Elise Stefanik has consistently stood for our constitutional rights, and it’s time for a red wave in New York that sweeps anti-gun politicians like Castelli out of office. It’s time for refreshing honesty and adherence to the Constitution – no more grifters or liars in politics. It’s time for representation that truly protects our rights as Americans.
