A southern Republican senator is opening up a can of whoopass on Fetterman, who is refusing to admit that what he did was wrong. 

Town hall reports. Twenty days out from the general election, Republican Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina took Democrats and the media to task for trying to sweep an incident, in which Democrat U.S. Senate candidate John Fetterman held an innocent black jogger at gunpoint, under the rug.

Fetteran is not only trying to keep his pointing a gun at a black guy under wraps, but it appears that he is dodging every single question about his health.

Next news network reports.  During a press conference at the White House Monday afternoon, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre reiterated President Joe Biden’s support for Pennsylvania Lt. Governor John Fetterman’s campaign to become the next senator from Pennsylvania.  During the summer, Fetterman suffered a stroke that “nearly killed him.” His medical records have not been released.

The reality is that Senator Tim Scott is right – Fetterman can’t run from the truth about his past. And it’s not just Fetterman – the entire Democratic Party can’t hide their history of racism. They may try to distance themselves from it now, but let’s not forget that they were the party who founded the Ku Klux Klan and actively supported Jim Crow laws. So for Democrats to try and sweep this incident under the rug just shows their blatant hypocrisy. We as a society can only move forward if we hold our leaders accountable for their actions, regardless of political party. And in this case, Fetterman needs to be held accountable for pulling a gun on an innocent black jogger. Shame on him, and shame on the Democratic Party for trying to brush it off as irrelevant. It’s time for a change – time for honesty and accountability in our leaders. Enough is enough. Fetterman can’t hide anymore. The truth will come out, whether he likes it or not.
