DHS FAIL: LETS ILLEGALS RUN WILD AFTER SHOCKING NUMBER OF CASES VANISH WITHOUT A TRACE

An astounding amount of paperwork has not been filed by Biden’s DHS officials, giving illegal immigrants an opportunity to roam America without consequence.

It appears that the Biden Administration is up to its old tricks again, this time finding loopholes they can exploit to further their political agenda.

Fox News reports. Newly released data shows that immigration judges threw out the cases of tens of thousands of illegal immigrants whose documents were not filed in time by Homeland Security officials.

According to data obtained and analyzed by Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), as of September 30, 63,586 cases were dismissed in FY 2022 due to the fact that officials, mainly Border Patrol agents, were not filing the Notice to Appear (NTA) on time.

In many cases, migrants apprehended by Border Patrol after entering the U.S. illegally are released with an NTA, which provides them with a court date and address for their immigration hearings. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) typically submits NTAs to the immigration court using data from Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Using a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, TRAC found that numbers spiked from less than 1,000 incidents in February and March 2021 to more than 5,000 in late 2021 and 2022. More than 7,000 cases were thrown out in April 2022.

The research center says that not only is it wasteful of the court’s time, but it is also problematic for immigrants involved — they may show up for a court date only to have the case dismissed, leaving them in limbo as to their status.

Bill Clinton of all people had some choice words for the border crisis that Biden has caused.

Daily Mail writes. Border agents have encountered more than 2.1 million border crossings this fiscal year, the highest number ever recorded in Department of Homeland Security (DHS) history. There were 203,000 crossings in August. Former President Bill Clinton said the U.S. has a ‘limit’ to how many migrants it can take into the country and said there are are some who ‘game’ the system.

Let’s Watch.

Illegal immigration has been a hot-button issue for years, with no end in sight. The problem has only gotten worse under the Biden Administration, as they continue to find new ways to skirt the law. With over 60,000 cases dismissed due to agents not filing paperwork there has to be something going on. For those of us who know, Biden is using the court system itself to allow illegals into this country. This is a travesty and a clear violation of the rule of law. It’s time for Biden to be held accountable for his actions and for the American people to demand that he finally put an end to this crisis.
