A confusing segment of President Joe Biden’s speech in Philadelphia referred to “54” states. The stark statement was made by Biden at a Pennsylvania Democratic Party event.
The Western Journal writes, According to the context of the remark, Biden seems to be referring to campaigning in the “54” states to rally Democrats against efforts to overturn Obamacare.
Even a transcript of the speech from the White House contained the bizarre gaffe.
As noted by the Daily Wire, on Twitter, Many expressed exhaustion at how often incidents like this have occurred with the current president in response to Biden’s comment.
“Biden says there are 54 states in America,” comedian and actor Rob Schneider tweeted. “Next speech he will explain the 81 million votes…”
Writer Kelsey Bolar tweeted, “How much more of this are we supposed to tolerate?”
“Painful and embarrassing to watch,” political commentator John Cardillo tweeted. “IT’S. EVERY. TIME. HE. SPEAKS.”
Biden’s latest brain-dead moment, where he forgot how many states there are in our own country, was absolutely embarrassing. What kind of president doesn’t even know the number of states in their own country? Biden’s handlers must be scrambling to cover up this gaffe and spin it as a harmless slip-up, but let’s face it: Biden’s mind is deteriorating, and he isn’t fit to lead our nation. We cannot afford to have a President who is forgetful and confused when America is already vulnerable and facing challenges. It’s clear that we need a change in leadership. Vote Republican in the upcoming election. Let’s bring a strong leader back into the White House.
