It seems like every day we are hearing of expected shortages from all sectors of the economy. From the looming Diesel gas shortage, gasoline shortages, beef, chicken, microchips, and many other critical things our country desperately needs. Now, under Joe Biden’s leadership, a butter shortage has been announced.

Yahoo News announced. In anticipation of the holidays, you’re probably thinking about what dish you’ll prepare for Thanksgiving or what desserts you’ll make for Hanukkah and Christmas. Maybe you’ll even take on the task of assembling the whole spread. However, if any of your signature recipes require butter, you’ll need to pay close attention, as a shortage could lead to fewer sticks and tubs available.

According to US Department of Agriculture  data, a labor shortage and problems with U.S. milk production have both contributed to a reduced supply of butter, sending prices soaring. Butter cold storage stocks reached their lowest level ever in 2019. Matt Herrick, senior vice president and spokesperson for the International Dairy Foods Association, cited supply chain issues caused by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

None of the shortages matter if the products cannot get delivered to the stores, or warehouses as a catastrophic shortage was just announced by the White House. 

Daily wire reports. The Daily Wire writes, Despite only 25 days of inventory, the nation’s four-week average of distillates supplied, a proxy for demand, rose to its highest seasonal level since 2007, Bloomberg reports.

Under Joe Biden’s leadership, the United States is facing a major butter shortage. This crisis is just one more example of how the Biden administration has failed to improve the economy. Inflation is out of control, and the supply of essential goods is dwindling. This butter shortage will hit American families hard, especially during the holiday season.
