This liberal state just voted to codify a gruesome law, that will make any pro life American feel sadness to their bones.

Since Roe V Wade was re-decided states instantly launched into massive campaigns to either legalize, or restrict abortions across the country. While pro-life groups have had some victories across the country, they have suffered massive defeats.  

News busters reported. In several American states – notably Vermont – voters proved just how anti-life they are on Election Day. The Vermont Digger reported that voters approved Proposal 5 with a 72 percent margin to keep abortion legal at any time. A majority of voters allegedly believed that killing babies should be enshrined as a right.

The amendment read. “That an individual’s right to personal reproductive autonomy is central to the liberty and dignity to determine one’s own life course and shall not be denied or infringed unless justified by a compelling State interest achieved by the least restrictive means.”

Since the amendment is silent on any restrictions, it is safe to assume that the law would allow abortion until birth.

There are three states that have passed constitutional amendments supporting abortion, including California and Michigan.

WXYZ News reported. ABC News projects that Michigan voters will pass Proposal 3, legalizing abortion and reproductive rights after Roe v. Wade was overturned earlier this year.

In a swing state like Michigan, the proposal had money coming in from all over the country for and against it.

The proposed amendment passed with 57% support for it.

In Prop 3, Michigan’s Constitution is amended to guarantee that “every individual has a fundamental right to reproductive freedom,” including the right to make pregnancy decisions.

Prenatal care, childbirth, postpartum care, contraception, sterilization, abortion care, miscarriage management, and infertility care would be among those decisions.

A ban or regulation of abortion after fetal viability, usually around 24 weeks, would be possible under the proposal. In contrast, the state would not be able to regulate abortions that are medically necessary to protect a woman’s health.

As pro-life Americans, we were already reeling from the events of the past year. After the Supreme Court handed down the decision in Roe v. Wade, effectively legalizing abortion across the country, many many states took steps to take that to the extreme. And now, in Vermont, voters have approved a proposition that will codify aright to abortion into the state constitution, among many other states.

This is an outrage. How can we sit by and allow innocent babies to be killed? It’s time for pro-life Americans to stand up and fight back. We must do everything we can to protect babies and defend the sanctity of life. It’s the only way to stem the tide of this insane liberal agenda.

And it’s not just about abortions. This culture of death is contributing to a decline in population growth. As pro-life Christians, we believe that every life is sacred and worth protecting. So let’s stand up and fight for what’s right. God is on our side, and together, we can make a difference.
