Biden makes a statement that should chill every red blooded American to their core, when he was asked one question during a press conference.

Biden has either lost his mind or is so brazen with his comments, that he thinks that nothing will ever come back on him for saying them. We probably know the answer as our dementia ridden president continuously makes comments, and statements that are just beyond the pale. But his most recent comment is beyond the pale, even for him.

Western Journal reports. During an otherwise routine press conference, President Joe Biden was asked if he had a plan to prevent former President Donald Trump from returning to power.

A journalist described the MAGA movement as “still very strong.”

According to Liberty Voice. The 14th Amendment Prevents Trump From Ever Running for President. The 14th Amendment, Article 3 of the United States Constitution, offers this guarantee: 

The article reads “No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, […] to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”

The liberal media source went on to state a list of names that according to them, should also be barred from office. This clear and irrefutable clause affects not only Trump but Ted Cruz, Josh Hawlings, Mo Brooks, and others. At the very least, they “aided and abetted” the insurrectionists. Further according to the leftist outlet they also committed acts of sedition. 

So now we have an idea as to why the J6 committee was formed, and what their goals are when it comes to stopping Trump 2024 from happening. But to that point, it was a kangaroo court and stacked with people who had serious political leanings, including Adam Kinzninger and Liz Cheney. While this rule should not apply to Trump or any of the named senators and representatives that the media outlined, it is scary to know the level of a fight we are in for over the next 2 years. Also, terrifying is that given the level of politicization at the Department of Justice it is more than likely we will see an incredible amount of scrupulous activities, and some that would be considered seditious of their own accords.
