Washington Examiner reported. The Space Force’s X-37B ship landed in Florida’s Kennedy Space Center Saturday after completing a record 908 days in orbit.

Boeing’s design of the reusable spaceship has now lasted 1.3 billion miles across 3,774 days in space throughout its six missions. Its latest mission was the first with a service module when it launched from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in May 2020, which helped its landing. The force of the landing caused a sonic boom across Florida.

Jim Chilton Boeing’s Space and Launch Senior VP said in a statement “Since the X-37B’s first launch in 2010, it has shattered records and provided our nation with an unrivaled capability to rapidly test and integrate new space technologies, With the service module added, this was the most we’ve ever carried to orbit on the X-37B and we’re proud to have been able to prove out this new and flexible capability for the government and its industry partners.”

The Space Force has recently unveiled something else that will make its service members proud.

According to The Washington Examiner. As its service anthem, the Space Force has chosen “Semper Supra”.

According to Space Force News, Jamie Teachenor composed the song with Chief of Space Operations Gen. John “Jay” Raymond and Coast Guard musician Sean Nelson. As soon as the Space Force was created, Teachenor approached Raymond, and they began working on the song. On Tuesday, the completed version was presented at the 2022 Air & Space Forces Association Air, Space and Cyber Conference in Maryland.

In a rapidly evolving world, it is good to know that the United States is still the leader in space travel, and space defense. In order to combat the rapidly weaponization of space it was very forward thinking of President Trump to create the new branch of the military in order to keep American safe, and protect the world from interstellar adversaries. Yet, as the US Space Force is making huge leaps and bounds forward in space defense,we sit and wonder when our President will begin to be forward thinking enough to fix our country, and get the economy back on track.
