Fetterman Goes to Washington – and EVERYTHING Goes Downhill from There

When John Fetterman was surprisingly elected to the United States Senate, nobody expected great things from him, and it didn’t take long for things to start going downhill for the man on his first day in Washington. This video covers everything that went wrong and why this is going to be a long first term for Fetterman.

Even after suffering a stroke during his campaign, Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) managed to pass the live debate and win the election.

However, on his first day in Washington, Townhalll reports that one of his staffers is already informing reporters that Fetterman will not be able to answer questions in the usual way that lawmakers do from reporters.

Rebecca Katz, a longtime advisor to Fetterman, said that reporters won’t be able to “yell questions” at the newly-elected Senator in the traditional way reporters do while in the hallways, arguing that it “will not work” with him.

Her comments come after a Huffington Post reporter tweeted a picture of the newly-elected Senator saying “he didn’t answer me when I asked if he’ll be able to wear his hoodie on the Senate floor.”

In almost every press stop and rally, Fetterman wore a black hoodie – an unprofessional outfit for someone you don’t want representing your state.

And, the stroke that Fetterman suffered during the campaign against Mehmet Oz made a significant difference in the race. Fetterman appeared incapable of stringing sentences together without mumbling his words, even with auditory assistance, during the debate between the pair, showing his incompetence.

FOX Host Laura Ingram took notice of Fetterman’s first day in Washington this week, and promised to keep her eye on the Senator, with a series called, “Mr. Fetterman goes to Washington.”

When Fetterman arrived at Washington, things quickly start going downhill. His staffers are already informing reporters that he won’t be able to answer questions in the usual way that lawmakers do. Fetterman’s stroke earlier this year raised serious doubts about whether or not he is mentally fit to serve in such a high office, but voters elected him anyway. Lawmakers have a responsibility to the American people, and it is clear that Fetterman is not up to the task. Pennsylvania voters will quickly get tired of his staffer’s excuses and interventions and wish they had voted for someone else, like Dr. Oz, in the election. It is only a matter of time before Fetterman is forced to step down from his position.
