Just Before His 2024 Announcement Trump Quietly Made His Move To Get Back On Twitter

Trump just launched a lawsuit aimed at taking down the little blue bird, and all of big tech for their censorship.

Trump was the sitting president of the free world, when he was unceremoniously yanked from every single major social media platform. Then when he went to another platform to exercise his free speech, they literally pulled the platform from the app stores, and terminated the servers to shut him up. Trump most certainly has a bone to pick with big tech.

Epoch Times reported.  An appeals court has revived a lawsuit Donald Trump filed against Twitter over his permanent suspension.

In a 96-page filing submitted to the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals on Nov 14, Trump’s lawyers allege that government officials use social media platforms as “cat’s paws” to suppress opinions “that turn out to be correct or at least debatable,” including Hunter Biden’s laptop, the virus, and election integrity.

It comes a day before Trump announced his third bid for the White House during a speech at his Mar-a-Lago resort on Nov. 15.

Jack Dorsey, former CEO of Twitter, and the federal government are being sued for compensatory and punitive damages and a court order requiring Twitter to “immediately reinstate” his account, which has been suspended since Jan. 8, 2021, two days after the Capitol breach.

Elon musk has recently floated the idea of having Trump return to Twitter.

CNN reported. A big question following Musk’s takeover of Twitter was whether former President Donald Trump’s Twitter account would be restored ahead of the midterm elections.

Musk confirmed recently  that “Twitter will not allow anyone who was de-platformed for violating Twitter rules back on platform until we have a clear process for doing so, which will take at least a few more weeks.” The billionaire Twitter owner had previously said he would start a “content moderation council” and that no major content decisions would be made until it was in place.

Trump has literally every single right to go after big tech, and he should pursue that with every scrap of his being. The ability of the tech giants to yank people off their platform for disagreeing with their world views has to end. That even goes for Elon Musk, who has not gone on a banning spree that the left was in fear of. We literally cannot wait to see how this lawsuit turns out, as it would give legal standing to millions of conservative voices, who were banned over the last few years.
