A scathing new report has come out and it shows just how bad things are getting in the military under woke policies.

The military is in place to protect the United States from attack, and to wage war. They are not in place to become a petri dish for woke and liberal agendas.

Daily wire reports. According to a new report by GOP lawmakers, the embrace of woke diversity policies and transgender ideology is corroding military effectiveness.

The Republican senators Marco Rubio of Florida and Chip Roy of Texas released a report on Monday on the impact of DEI and LGBT initiatives on the military. According to the 18-page report, poor leadership is distorting the military’s purpose, including Gen. Mark Milley.

The report begins  “The United States military is the greatest fighting force in the world. It is also one of the most humble and sacrificial the world has ever known, Unfortunately, President Joe Biden and his administration are weakening America’s warfighters through a sustained assault fueled by woke virtue signaling.”

The reports summary concluded. “Our military’s singular purpose is to ‘provide for the common defense’ of our nation. It cannot be turned into a left-wing social experiment. It cannot be used as a cudgel against America itself. And it cannot be paralyzed by fear of offending the sensibilities of Ivy League faculty lounges or progressive pundits,”

The pentagon had a response to the claims in the report and it did not bode well for the fighting shape of the military.

NY post reported. The Department of Defense (DOD) stood by its policies in answer to the report. 

A DOD spokesman Maj. Charlie Dietz commented “Diversity, inclusion, and equality at its core is about leveraging the strengths of all our people, advancing opportunity, addressing potential barriers or discrepancies, and – fundamentally – ensuring people are treated with dignity and respect.”

A new report by GOP lawmakers has revealed the alarming extent to which wokeism is destroying the military. The report shows that the embrace of woke diversity policies and transgender ideology is corroding military effectiveness. This is a national security threat. The world is laughing at us. The military is in place to protect the United States from attack, and to wage war. They are not in place to become an experiment for woke and liberal agendas. The woke virus is destroying the military, and this is a grave concern. We must put an end to this woke madness before it destroys our military entirely.
